Tiger Den Storage is brand-new, locally owned self-storage at 3186 Dawson Forest Rd E in Dawsonville, half a mile from North Georgia Premium Outlets and just off GA-400. It's an easy drive from Cumming, north Forsyth County, and Lake Lanier.

Who built it

Tiger Den is owned by the Glover family. Jeff Glover, a seventh-generation local from Cumming, is a mechanical engineer who spent about 20 years in sports-car racing, up to the world-championship level, plus years in aerospace and nuclear power. He built Tiger Den the same way: safe, reliable, and built to last. Car people will feel at home here.

What we offer

Climate-controlled units from 5x5 to 10x20, with central ducted heating, cooling, and dedicated dehumidifiers; drive-up units from 5x5 to 10x15; drive-up vehicle bays from 10x20 to 12x30 with optional power for the bay's light and outlet, most with sprinklers, for a car, truck, boat, or RV, or just a big storage space; and outdoor parking for cars, trucks, boats, trailers, and RVs.

All-concrete, extra-wide drives, bright, clean hallways, cameras throughout, and gated 24/7 access with your code. The lock is included, and we text you its code. Preventive pest control: professionally pre-treated, and serviced on a regular schedule.

How we price

One fair price for everyone, with no haggling and no teaser rates. Same price online, at the kiosk, or in the office, and no admin fee. Our Rent Promise: no rent increase for your first 12 months (as long as no late fee is charged), and after that we never raise your rent above our standard rate for new customers. Save 3% a month with bank-draft AutoPay (or 1% with card AutoPay). Military members, veterans, and their spouses save 5%.
